About the role

Job Description

We are seeking an energetic and results-oriented Business Development Associate to play a pivotal role in our growth strategy. This position demands strong leadership skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities:

  1. Conduct engaging online product demos via platforms like Google Meet/Zoom, tailoring presentations to meet specific customer needs and address queries effectively.
  2. Initiate outbound calls to identify potential customers from leads, implementing follow-up procedures to nurture leads and convert them into active customers.
  3. Manage the end-to-end customer onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to product utilization.
  4. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, providing ongoing support and understanding customer needs.
  5. Maintain detailed records of all sales activities, customer feedback, queries, and interactions using CRM tools for accurate and up-to-date information.
  6. Provide insights into customer preferences and market trends to inform marketing initiatives.
  7. Report customer feedback, suggestions, and market insights for continuous improvement.
  8. Proactively contribute to the development of sales strategies to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Internship or full-time experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  2. Good Communication skills with confidence in presenting and demonstrating products to potential customers.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills for effective relationship management.
  4. Demonstrated ability to suggest product improvements based on customer needs.

Skills Required:

  1. Candidates must speak Hindi & English fluently.
  2. Comfortable working in-office in Hyderabad.
