Position: Founding Platform Engineer

As Dili’s Founding Platform Engineer, you will own the AI layer. Drawing from the latest research (and plenty of experimentation), you’ll come up with novel solutions that leverage language models to accomplish the impossible. A couple of the problems you might work on:

• Data Pipeline Architecture: Develop a robust data pipeline capable of processing documents with high accuracy and speed.
• LLM Ops and Observability: Monitor and maintain our LLM stack, measure accuracy and performance, identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement

Tech Stack

• Python, JS, AWS, Terraform, Redis, ECS

We’re looking for:

• A builder's mindset, someone adept in creating platforms that form the backbone of our product
• You're a self-starter with a knack for turning open questions into engineering solutions
• You thrive in early-stage startups, comfortable with setting strategic direction as well as diving into code

Location Preferences

• Our office is located in the Union Square, the ideal candidate would be based in NY who can come in 1-2x a week for in-person collaboration. But we are also remote-friendly - some of us are fully remote.
