What you will do

You will be responsible for creating visually stunning and effective designs that align with our brand identity and marketing goals. You will work collaboratively with the marketing and creative teams to produce graphics for various digital and print media, ensuring a consistent and engaging visual representation of our brand.

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer to join our creative team and contribute to our mission by bringing creativity, innovation, and visual excellence to our projects.

Key Responsibilities

Design Creation - Conceptualise and produce a wide range of creative designs, including but not limited to marketing collateral, social media graphics, website visuals, and advertisements.

Brand Consistency – Maintain and uphold brand guidelines, ensuring that all designs align with the company's brand identity.

Collaboration - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content writers, and developers, to translate ideas into compelling visual content.

Creative Input - Provide creative input and innovative design solutions that enhance the impact and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and materials.

Project Management - Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality, error-free deliverables.

What are we looking for

Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.)
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.
• Excellent understanding of typography, layout, colour theory, and visual communication.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with video editing and motion graphics.
• Knowledge of print production processes.
• Experience in creative / marketing team with an edtech startup is a plus.

Currently our tech stack includes Django, Docker and React. Originally our stack was deployed on GCP and currently we are in the process of migrating to AWS.
