👩‍💻👨‍💻 Role and Responsibilities
We’re looking for a creative, analytical, and execution-driven intern to help us scale BoldVoice’s growth marketing efforts. If you thrive in fast-paced environments and want to see how a top YC-backed startup grows, this role offers hands-on experience directly alongside the co-founders.
Responsibilities include:
- Source, vet, and manage creator partnerships and UGC collaborations
 
- Plan and execute video-based ad campaigns (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts)
 
- Analyze creative performance data to identify winning hooks, formats, and trends
 
- Help grow our organic social presence across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
 
- Experiment with AI tools to accelerate content creation and testing
 
Qualifications:
- Current student (BA, BS, or MBA) or recent graduate
 
- Deep familiarity with social platforms: you’re the kind of person who scrolls TikTok not just for fun, but to understand what works
 
- Ideally, you’ve created content yourself (videos, reels, UGC, etc.) and know how to tell a story that grabs attention in the first three seconds
 
- Sharp creative instincts: you have opinions on what makes a caption or hook perform
 
- Analytical mindset: you enjoy running small experiments, tracking results, and iterating fast
 
- Genuine curiosity about AI, consumer products, and startups
 
- Empathy for BoldVoice’s users — international professionals learning English
 
- Self-starter who thrives in an unstructured environment and takes ownership from idea to execution
