About doola

Help build the OS for the next generation of creators

doola is building the OS for the next generation of online creators. Formation. Legal Docs. EIN. US Address. Bank Account. Payments. Taxes. Website. US Phone Number. $1000s in Software Perks. And More. We handle the operational details. You grow your business. From start to six figures+ in revenue, we're with our companies for the long term. Welcome to your business's OS.

Our mission is to unlock the power and potential of human entrepreneurship and democratize access to wealth creation by empowering anyone in the world to turn their dream idea into their dream US business.

About the role

What we're looking for

Read this on Twitter as well!

doola is seeking a compassionate, driven, and hungry individual to take our DAO LLC offering to the next level as our DAO GTM Business Lead. What does DAO GTM mean in the context of doola?

We've built a one-stop-shop to launch, maintain and grow your DAO LLC from anywhere in the world, as a US or Non-US president, in minutes. Crypto payments accepted. And no US SSN is required.

We also partner with companies like @SyndicateDAO to enable DAOs to get an LLC, bank account, tax help, and more (learn more about partnership).

Our DAO offering is also picking up organic interest. We're currently the #1 organic search result on google for the term DAO LLC. We realized we're even outranking the state of Wyoming's official FAQ on DAOs (the #2 search result). Try googling DAO LLC and see for yourself 😄

However, here's the thing: A comprehensive go-to-market strategy includes:

  1. product-market fit

  2. target audience

  3. demand

  4. distribution

We're seeing signs of all four working, but we need an all-star to tie things together and take our DAO LLC offering to the next level.

In this role, you'll directly work with our CEO to engage with existing DAO LLC partners, find new DAO LLC partners, and help the world hear about our DAO offering. This is an incredible opportunity to make a meaningful impact and help launch our customers, our company, and your career. For the right candidate, the sky is the limit, and you'll be on the front lines for doola, interfacing with companies of all shapes and sizes globally.

What you will do

  • Nurture and grow the pipeline of DAO deals and channel partners; this will include inbound partnership requests we receive (we get these daily) and rolling up your sleeves and reaching out to potential partners globally.
  • Directly engage with potential partners and own the partner deal cycle from end to end. We solve a hair-on-fire problem for our DAO partners (they need a trusted partner to launch, maintain, and grow their customers' businesses) and need what we’re building, but sometimes, they need to chat with a human before partnering with us. Building lasting relationships here is key.
  • Develop outbound tools to generate partners and resolve prospect questions before they need to ask.
  • Work incredibly cross-functionally with product, engineering, sales and marketing. The entire team is at your disposal to land the most valuable partners we can to spread doola's tentacles all over the globe.
  • Own and run marketing initiatives from beginning to end. Great products don't sell themselves, they need to be broadcasted to the world. How can we get every Web3 DAO company in existence aware of doola and what we provide? That's how big we're thinking here.
  • Be the voice of the company when it comes to announcing and sharing partnerships across multiple platforms (chat, email, social media, etc.) The partnership megaphone is in your hands.
  • Delight partners from the start - there's not a problem you can't solve and an expectation you can't exceed
  • Be the voice of partners in internal meetings to drive product development and highlight success stories for content development.
  • Document and analyze your interactions to help us learn from our partners and make the most of our service.
  • Additional projects as they arise, in line with how you are looking to grow in your career!
  • Forecasting, planning, and strategy to ensure that we can grow our partnerships channel and have it be a significant source of growth for the company.

Who you are

  • 1-5+ years experience in an external-facing role, with a track record of success in GTM, strategic partnerships, channel partnerships, deal partnerships, and/or a customer-facing role (and experience with inbound engagement)
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • A hunger to create and improve systems, and a flexible, humble, and curious mindset
  • Strong organizational skills and self-sufficiency - you can balance speed and quality with a focus on tangible results
  • Interest and ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Compensation and benefits

  • This is a full-time role with equity in the company and a competitive salary
  • Health insurance
  • Generous PTO / sick leave
  • 401(k) plan
  • Commuter benefit
  • Free food and snacks
  • Annual company retreat
  • Bring your dog to work 🐶

Technology

To get a sense of the technology we use at our company, and the hard/interesting technical problems we're solving, here is what we look for in full stack engineers:

  • Thoughtful problem-solving: For you, problem-solving starts with a clear and accurate understanding of the context. You can decompose tricky problems and work towards a clean solution, by yourself or with teammates. You're comfortable asking for help when you get stuck.
  • Shipping quality user interfaces: You can work with others to build and maintain quality user interfaces for a big audience, using Web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern UI framework like React. If you've experienced the technical challenges of rapid growth, that's a plus.
  • Familiarity with the backend: You understand how parts of a system fit together—from the user interface to the data model. Experienced candidates should be familiar with relational and document-oriented database systems like MySQL and MongoDB.
  • Pragmatic and business-oriented: You care about the business impact of what you're building, and you prioritize projects accordingly. You're not just going after cool stuff—you understand the balance between craft, speed, and the bottom line.
  • Put users first: You think critically about the implications of what you're building and how it shapes real people's lives. You understand that reach comes with responsibility for our impact—good and bad.
  • Not ideological about technology: To you, technologies and programming languages are about tradeoffs. You may be opinionated, but you're not ideological and can learn new technologies as you go.
  • Empathetic communication: You communicate nuanced ideas clearly, whether you're explaining technical decisions in writing or brainstorming in real-time. In disagreements, you engage thoughtfully with other perspectives and compromise when needed.
  • Team player: You understand when work is better, together. You enjoy collaborating cross-functionally to accomplish shared goals, and you care about learning, growing, and helping others to do the same.
  • Bonus points: You're proficient with any part of our technology stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, and MongoDB.
