We are looking for a Customer Service Associate to join the passionate Codingal team.

Key responsibilities:

1. Provide an exceptional experience to the customers.
2. Provide technical support to Parents and Teachers.
3. Provide chat, Email, and call support to our customers.
4. Handle escalation tickets.
5. Schedule, reschedule, and manage student classes.
6. Be a relationship expert and ensure customer retention and satisfaction.

Compensation: The role begins with a 2-week paid trial at INR 5,000/week, giving both parties the opportunity to assess the fit before committing. Candidates will be evaluated on their performance during this period, and those who stand out will be offered a full-time position at INR 3.5–4.5 LPA.

We are small team of 3 engineers right now, building products for kids & teens to learn AI and Coding with live classes and online tools. Live classes, calendar management for teachers, gamified product for students, and a community where students can participate in Competitions are the key components of the product.
