About the role

Dex is on a mission to help people build stronger relationships. Over the last 5 years, we’ve built a powerful product with thousands of happy paying customers, and we’re looking to start our next chapter in scale. We’re seeking a versatile, ambitious Founding Growth Lead to help us reach the next level. If you're passionate about the power of networks, and experimenting with growth channels, we’d love to have you on board.

Role Overview: We’re seeking a Founding Growth Lead comfortable wearing many hats to drive user acquisition and engagement. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter eager to explore and experiment with growth channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Experiment across growth channels : Test new growth channels — including paid ads, influencer outreach, partnerships, and evaluate outcomes.
  • Paid Advertising + Creator Asset Purchases: : Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns across platforms and find, negotiate, and purchase creator assets for these campaigns.
  • Influencer / Partnerships Outreach: Build and nurture relationships with influencers to expand Dex’s reach and visibility.
  • Content Creation & SEO Collaboration: Produce and distribute blog and video content about Dex to improve search visibility and presence on social media.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Versatility: Comfort and adaptability with different growth channels—from content to paid ads to outreach.
  • Methodical + Analytical Mindset: Organized and able to systematically explore and optimize growth opportunities, comfort in being in front of a camera and exploring growth channels.
  • Self-Starter + Resourcefulness: Proven ability to find opportunities, work with agency, and take action.

Experience:

  • Experience with product growth in D2C environments a plus.
  • Experience with creating content (e.x. vertical video, YT)
  • Experience with paid acquisition channels (Instagram, Facebook, etc) and/or working with creators a plus.
