About the Role
You will join our team as Chief of Staff. You'll work directly with the founder to drive the highest-priority initiatives across the company — from customer success to operations to strategy. You'll be the connective tissue between every function, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks as we scale.
What you'll do
- Own cross-functional execution: coordinate between engineering, sales, and customers to ensure priorities are aligned and moving fast
- Serve as the founder's force multiplier — take ownership of critical projects, prepare for key meetings, and drive follow-through on strategic decisions
- Lead customer success operations: oversee onboarding, implementation, and account health for key clients, stepping in directly when needed to ensure white-glove service
- Build and refine internal processes, workflows, and reporting as the company scales from early customers to broader market adoption
- Analyze customer and business data to surface insights, identify bottlenecks, and recommend priorities to the leadership team
- Own special projects end-to-end: offsites, tradeshows, partnership announcements, case studies, hiring coordination, and whatever else the business needs
- Communicate customer feedback and field intelligence to product and engineering in a structured, prioritized way
- Champion a culture of customer obsession and operational excellence across the team
- Fill gaps — do whatever it takes to help Soff and our customers succeed, even when it doesn't fit neatly into a job description
