As Head of Growth, you’ll work directly with the CEO to build Tivara’s go-to-market engine from the ground up. This is an early, high-trust, high-ownership role: you’ll be equal parts growth, sales, and “chief generalist” — whatever it takes to generate top-of-funnel, move opportunities through the funnel, and close enterprise deals.
You’ll spend real time with operators: clinic leaders, PE partners, and frontline teams.
