What is Willow?

Willow is a voice dictation app that lets you type anywhere on your computer using your voice. People rely on Willow every day to write emails, respond in Slack, prompt AI, and move faster in their work.

But dictation is just the beginning. We're building the voice operating system: write with your voice today, control your computer with your voice tomorrow, and eventually let it act on your behalf before you even ask.

We've proven adoption from individual power users to enterprises like Uber, Gusto, and Heidi Health. We're backed by Y Combinator, Box Group, and founders from Instacart, Reddit, Shopify, and HubSpot.

We're scaling quickly, and you'll be joining early.

The Role

We're looking for a Growth & Content Lead to own our biggest growth channels: social media, influencer partnerships, and community for our PLG product.

This is a Swiss-army-knife role. You'll work directly with the CEO to 10x what we've already built. We have existing influencer partnerships, UGC creators, content channels, and community, but we need someone to take it to the next level. Someone who can ideate, experiment, and execute across multiple channels using a combination of intuition and metrics to find what works and double down.

You'll:

• Build and execute our content strategy across social (TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts)
• Source, onboard, and manage creator partnerships, like finding people who genuinely get Willow and can speak authentically to their audiences
• Create content yourself when needed, and operate a team of creators
• Write briefs that lead to sharp, high-quality content; review and optimize scripts that resonate
• Run experiments constantly, testing hooks, formats, personas, and platforms to find what converts
• Study the analytics and data for what captures attention, what keeps it, what others are doing better
• Scale from dozens to hundreds of creator and UGC partnerships with the right tools and systems
• Work closely with product and design to ensure growth and product evolve together

What We're Looking For

You have viral sense. You know what makes content spread. You've either built an audience yourself (10k+ followers, a newsletter, a side project with real traction) or you've been early at a now-massive PLG/prosumer product where you ran influencer marketing and content marketing.

You're a creator. You can write, edit, and understand what makes a hook land and why some videos get 10 views and others get 100,000.

You're a builder. You like moving fast, working through ambiguity, and figuring things out. You want to take something with real momentum and scale it dramatically.

Strong signals:

• 3+ years working with content and creators, with examples of quality and traction
• Experience scaling an influencer/creator program efficiently
• Previous founding team member or early employee at a high-growth consumer/prosumer company
• Personal track record: 10k+ followers, a viral project, or content that's gotten meaningful reach
• Passion for productivity, AI, or voice technology
• In-person in San Francisco (we're building in-person)
