About the role

About the Role

You’ll own and scale every lever of growth, from top-of-funnel demand to product-led expansion. You’ll partner closely with the CEO and growth team to design, execute, and iterate on Reflex’s end-to-end growth engine.

What You’ll Do

Growth Strategy

  • Own the full growth motion across paid, organic, brand, and product-led channels
  • Set strategy, prioritize high-impact bets, and turn insights into execution

Acquisition

  • Scale inbound demand via performance marketing, SEO, lifecycle campaigns, and virality loops
  • Launch bold, attention-grabbing stunts and experiments that cut through the noise

Conversion

  • Design and optimize high-converting funnels across the website, product, and sales handoff
  • Instrument, measure, and continuously improve every step of the user journey

Product-Led Growth (PLG)

  • Drive adoption through onboarding flows, activation moments, and smart paywalls
  • Build in-product upsell, expansion, and monetization paths

Brand & Community

  • Help turn Reflex into a cult brand
  • Create viral campaigns, engineer UGC loops, and dominate channels like LinkedIn, X, and beyond

Analytics & Experimentation

  • Build and own the growth model, dashboards, and core metrics
  • Run fast, disciplined experiments to identify, validate, and scale what works
