Fresco is an AI copilot for the $12T construction industry. We're helping some of the largest GCs in the USA save millions of dollars per job by streamlining communication workflows and eliminating information bottlenecks. We're funded by top VCs including YC, SignalFire, and Bessemer Venture Partners.

We’re looking for a scrappy, high agency intern to help us build our growth engine at Fresco.

We have a dedicated team working on customer acquisition via cold outbound. This isn’t that. You’ll be devising and executing strategies on the margin: things that might seem silly, or things we’re not currently devoting full-time resources to.

You’ll come up with high- and low-conviction bets, and we’ll run experiments together with a single unifying goal: What helps us grow faster? What helps us retain better?

This is an opportunity to work closely with our founding team. You’ll have a lot of agency, so judgment and bias for action are key.
