In this role, you will

Maintain operational accuracy and visibility — update and manage trackers, spreadsheets, and internal systems to ensure deal status, documentation, and timelines are always current.

Problem-solve and exercise judgment — identify issues, gather missing information, resolve straightforward requests efficiently, and escalate when needed to keep deals moving.

Operate with speed and precision — manage multiple active transactions at once while maintaining high attention to detail in a fast-moving environment.

Internal Collaboration — own the operational coordination between clients, Sales, and Engineering to ensure issues are resolved efficiently and accurately.

Support users in navigating the product — help buyers and sellers understand how to use the Garage platform and complete required actions smoothly.
We’re looking for someone who
- Is confident navigating spreadsheets, trackers, and multiple data sources with the ability to interpret and communicate insights clearly.
- Skilled at engaging with customers and building trust through clarity, responsiveness, and professionalism.
- Able to prioritize and manage multiple active requests and deadlines efficiently.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
- 3+ years of experience in operations, customer-facing, or analytical roles.
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Demonstrated ability to handle client concerns professionally via phone and email.
Nice to have
- Proficient with ticketing and project management tools (e.g., Pylon, Notion) to manage tasks, workflows, and client requests
- Experience operating in an early-stage or high-growth startup environment.
