Responsibilities

We’re building a high-performance, reliable, and scalable platform for agentic investment research workflows.

We’re looking for a Platform Engineer who will own the core infrastructure and platform foundations that power our AI-driven research system — from data pipelines and evaluations to latency, reliability, and observability.

What will you do?

• Own platform & infrastructure
  • Design, build, and operate core infrastructure for AI-powered agentic systems
  • Ensure high availability and predictable performance in production
• Data pipelines & systems
  • Design and maintain data pipelines for market data, news, analytics, and internal signals
  • Ensure correctness, freshness, and performance of data flows
• Performance & latency
  • Measure, optimise, and reduce end-to-end latency across systems
  • Build tooling and metrics to continuously track performance
• Evaluation infrastructure
  • Build and maintain infrastructure for agent evaluation, benchmarking, and experiments
  • Enable fast iteration without compromising production stability
• Monitoring, observability & reliability
  • Set up logging, metrics, tracing, and alerting across services
  • Improve the debuggability of agentic workflows in real-world usage
• Security & best practices
  • Implement infra best practices around access control, secrets, and isolation
  • Ensure systems are production-grade and audit-ready for financial use cases
