As a Customer Data Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of data engineering, customer success, and product.
You’ll work directly with biotech customers to answer urgent questions, build dashboards and analyses, and translate messy clinical trial data into decisions teams can act on immediately. You’ll own customer-facing delivery end-to-end, and you’ll partner closely with product and engineering teams to provide input on roadmaps.
This is not an internal analytics role and not a ticket factory. You’ll be expected to think, prioritize, and execute independently.
If you’re someone who likes being close to users, takes pride in shipping work that directly impacts customers, and want to wear multiple hats (data, customer-facing, product), this role will feel energizing.
