Lightmeter builds the operating system for outbound sales. As our Founding Growth Lead, you will be Customer Zero. You will use our product (Lens) combined with the modern RevOps stack (Clay, SalesNav, HeyReach, etc.) to drive our own growth and pathfind features to save you time and benefit customers.
The Mission: We need someone hands-on, efficient, effective, and results-driven. Job #1 is steady creation of Top Of Funnel. Your KPI will be Weekly Sales Qualified Leads generated. You’ll take ownership of our existing and effective growth machine, driving it daily and feeding it fresh campaign ideas, while helping to extend, improve, and productize it.
