About Reform

At Reform, we’re building an AI-first platform to redefine the software foundation of global trade. Today’s global supply chain runs on outdated systems, spreadsheets, and manual processes — creating friction across every shipment, contract, and invoice. We’re rebuilding this infrastructure from the ground up and experiencing rapid growth.

About the role

We’re looking for a Chief of Staff to work directly with the founding team and help scale Reform through its next phase of growth. This is a high-leverage, high-intensity role for someone who wants deep exposure to product, GTM, operations, and finance — and is excited to help build the operating system of a rapidly growing company.

You’ll act as a force multiplier for the CEO and leadership team: keeping the organization aligned and running mission-critical initiatives across the business. No two weeks will look the same. You will context-switch constantly, move quickly, and take extreme ownership of whatever needs to get done.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic thought partner to the CEO and leadership team, driving priorities, decisions, and company-wide execution.
  • Shadow and amplify founders in key meeting and ensure insights turn into clear action.
  • Lead high-impact cross-functional projects across product, GTM, ops, finance, and people.
  • Own internal operations and communication cadence, including planning cycles, reporting, dashboards, OKRs, and cross-functional workflows.
  • Bring structure, clarity, and accountability to a fast-moving, high-ambiguity environment.
  • Fill operational and strategic gaps across the business until dedicated leaders are hired.

Qualifications

  • 4–7 years of experience as Chief of Staff or in operations, strategy, or similar roles at fast-growing startups.
  • Proven ability to run projects end-to-end — from problem framing to execution to measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional organization, prioritization, and communication skills with strong executive presence.
  • Strong analytical ability; comfortable with data, building models, deriving insights, and making recommendations.
  • Able to create high-quality decks and internal materials from scratch; strong written communication.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity, context-switching quickly, and taking extreme ownership.
  • Bonus: experience in logistics or deep interest in learning the industry.

Why join us

  • Work directly with the founders to help run and scale a fast-growing startup.
  • Play a central role in shaping the operating system, culture, and execution rhythm of Reform.
  • Get exposure across product, engineering, GTM, finance, fundraising, and operations.
  • Join a mission-driven team building foundational software for global trade.
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance.
Interview Process

You’ll start with two conversations with the founders, followed by a practical project and an in-person interview with the team. We often do a short paid trial to ensure mutual fit.
