Our story so far:

Founded in 2024 as a better way to conduct qualitative interviews, Conveo quickly gained traction after going through the Summer 24 Y Combinator batch where we saw significant interest from Consumer Goods companies. After raising our $5.3m seed round, we executed closely with our customers to build the best qualitative market research platform centered around AI-moderated interviews. Since then we’ve expanded our scope, grown our team, and Today, we're seeing incredibly strong adoption and usage across Insights, marketing, innovation, and strategy teams in industries like: Consumer goods, Retail, Pharma, technology, and consumer services.

Background

• We help companies understand their customers, giving us virtually unlimited market potential. The market research industry is valued at approximately $100B, with qualitative solutions representing a $30B opportunity. With AI enablement, this market is expanding rapidly. This is an infinite horizon problem.
• Experienced team. Our head of research was the founder of a market research company with 600+ employees, our CEO previously co-founded a $75m ARR startup as CTO. Our commercial and operational teams bring their operational excellence from McKinsey, while our sales leadership includes former VPs from Ipsos.
• We believe in forging deep collaborations with our customers. In just 15 months, we've landed deals with some of the world's largest companies that are quickly expanding their work with us, including Unilever, P&G, AB InBev, Nestlé, Google and many others. We are seeing many brands switch to us from our competitors. We’re a growing team passionate about solving real-world challenges in customer research, enabling companies to make user-informed decisions. Conveo is the AI research platform enabling fast, affordable, and high quality consumer / B2B research. Global brands like Unilever, Google, and Orange use our AI video interviewer to generate across insights, marketing, and product teams.

The Role

As our Creative Design Legend, you’ll be the owner of all external visual communication at Conveo, the person who shapes how the world sees, understands, and feels our brand.

This is a hands-on, high-impact role suited to someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, takes pride in exceptional craft, and loves using design to drive growth.

Your mission: elevate our brand and accelerate our commercial engine through best-in-class design.

Your Mission

1. Accelerate Growth & Marketing

• Create high-performing B2B advertising assets for rapid testing and scale.
• Design social media visuals, carousels, and campaign collateral, event backdrops and merch.
• Build storyboards and assets for product, explainer, and motion videos.
• Own the design of high-value content: whitepapers, guides, one-pagers, and reports.

2. Bring data & product stories to life

• Design clear, compelling data visualizations and infographics.
• Build polished product mockups and visual components for sales and marketing.
• Own visual direction for all website and landing pages, continually iterating for conversion.

3. Power sales & leadership

• Create standout presentations: from sales proposals to investor decks and internal strategy materials.

4. Operate with autonomy, speed & craft

• Manage multiple projects at pace without compromising on quality.
• Turn abstract ideas into thoughtful, high-impact design concepts.
• Be a proactive partner to Marketing, Product, Sales and Leadership.

What we're looking for

An experienced designer with a strong background in B2B and SaaS, and a portfolio that demonstrates both craft and commercial impact.

Full-stack design capability across:

• Growth/performance ads
• Social media assets
• Web and landing page design
• Product marketing collateral
• Data visualisation
• Long-form content (whitepapers, guides, reports)
• Presentation design
• Video storyboarding
• Bonus: Some video editing/motion skills
