Roger helps companies build and scale their pipeline
Roger is an AI SDR that runs outbound for B2B companies. We are growing fast and our customers rely on Roger to generate meetings every day. As we scale, we want a human SDR who can do the things Roger cannot do yet and help us level up the product in the process.
This is a hybrid role. You will spend part of your time doing high quality outbound and part of your time managing and training Roger. You will be the person who steps in where AI still falls short for both us and our customers. You will talk to prospects on calls and share that insight back into the product.
You will also run experiments, validate ICPs, refine messaging, and help us improve the system behind the scenes.
What you will do
• Own SDR outreach using Roger as your force multiplier
• Step into calls and conversations when human nuance is needed
• Improve Roger by flagging edge cases, writing better prompts, cleaning data, and refining messaging
• Track objections, patterns, and outcomes that help the product team train Roger
• Become the in house expert on what buyers respond to and why
Why this is not a normal SDR role
You will not spend your day doing repetitive tasks. Roger handles most of the grunt work. Your time will go to high impact conversations, experiments, and pattern finding. You will help shape how automated outbound should work and your insights will ship directly into the product.
What we are looking for
• You have SDR or AE experience and enjoy talking to prospects
• You have some amount of outbound cold calling experience
• You like experiments, pattern spotting, and thinking like a product builder
• You are curious about AI and want to work with it rather than fear it
• You want a role with real ownership on a small and fast moving team
