About the role
We’re looking for a Marketing Manager who will bring Alaan’s brand to life across the UAE - through events, community-led initiatives, and high-impact on-ground activations.
You’ll be the face of the brand in-market, building relationships with finance leaders and driving experiences that turn Alaan into a brand people genuinely love and remember.
This role is built for a proactive marketer who thrives outside the office, someone who can create content, lead activations, and own projects end-to-end with speed, creativity, and confidence.
What you’ll do :
- Events & Experiences
- Plan and execute branded events and experiences end-to-end — from concept to on-ground execution
- Manage vendors, venues, logistics, event branding, and audience experience
- Track event impact (attendance, engagement, brand recall)
- Partnerships & Collaborations
- Build relationships with finance and business communities in the UAE
- Plan co-branded initiatives that boost reach and brand credibility
- Manage partnership deliverables and cross-promotion
- Community Building
- Foster a strong finance professional community through meetups, networking formats, and ongoing engagement.
- Build meaningful touchpoints and conversations with CFOs and finance teams.
- Convert on-ground stories and interactions into brand moments
- Creator & Influencer Management
- Identify and collaborate with relevant influencers and creators
- Own campaign execution - briefs, approvals, deliverables, and performance tracking
- Maintain creator relationships and measure ROI
- On-Ground Brand Activations
- Execute high-visibility brand moments like pop-ups, mall/café activations, and offline installations
- Ensure strong brand consistency across all physical touchpoints
- Ownership & Operations
- Manage budgets, timelines, performance reporting, and vendor networks
- Work cross-functionally with content, design, and ops teams to drive smooth execution
What we are looking for
- 3+ years in marketing, ideally in brand, events, BTL, or community roles
- Content-savvy - comfortable shooting quick stories, reels, BTS moments, etc.
- Highly proactive and resourceful, gets things done on-ground
- A hands-on doer who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Ability to build relationships and represent the brand with confidence
- Strong operational ownership, planning, coordination, execution
