aims to make a significant impact in the tech industry and we are looking for a highly motivated
and technically sharp Support Engineer to join our growing team.

In this role, you’ll:

• Investigate and troubleshoot complex technical issues using logs, monitoring tools, and
  direct queries across systems like AWS, MongoDB, and MySQL
• Work closely with engineering to escalate and solve technical challenges
• Develop a deep understanding of Diversion’s system architecture and components
• Interact directly with customers to understand, document, and support their technical
  needs
• Help improve internal tools and processes to make support more efficient and scalable

We are looking for:

• 3+ years of similar experience
• B.Sc. in Computer Science or related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• The ability to dive into technical details and learn fast
• High-level communication skills, especially in technical contexts
• Unreal Engine training – a plus
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS – a plus)
• Basic experience querying databases (MySQL, MongoDB – a plus)
