As a Founding Forward Deployed AI Engineer at Cekura, you'll work hand-in-hand with our largest customers to help them test and deploy AI voice agents into production - embedding with their teams, navigating complex environments, and building real-world solutions that drive impact.

This hybrid role spans engineering, product, and customer success. One week you’re deep in AI workflows or backend integration; the next, you’re sharing critical insights to shape the product roadmap.

What You’ll Do

Make Enterprise Customers Love You – Partner with sales to close deals and deliver outstanding outcomes for our largest customers. You'll embed with their teams, build integrations, and ensure a smooth path to production with our platform.

Design Scenarios That Push the Limits – Create real-world and edge-case conversations that challenge conversational agents across diverse workflows. Your scenarios will uncover bugs, blind spots, and improve reliability.

Establish Enterprise Observability – Guide customers in planning and implementing robust observability frameworks, including defining key performance metrics, guiding through dashboards, and configuring useful alerts to monitor agent health and business impact.

Drive the Product to Be More Valuable – Help prioritize features and shape the roadmap based on hands-on customer needs.

Our platform is powered by Django on the backend for robust, secure server-side operations, and React on the frontend for a dynamic, modular user experience. We deploy on AWS, ensuring scalable and reliable cloud infrastructure, and use Redis with Celery for efficient queuing and background task management.
