About Reform

At Reform, we’re building an AI-first platform to redefine the software foundation of global trade. Today’s global supply chain runs on outdated systems, spreadsheets, and manual processes — creating friction across every shipment, contract, and invoice. We’re rebuilding this infrastructure from the ground up.

About the role

We’re looking for an Enterprise Account Executive with deep logistics industry experience — someone who has been in the trenches, understands how freight moves, and knows the challenges logistics providers face.

You’ll help enterprise logistics companies modernize their operations through Reform’s platform. You’ll own the full sales cycle from end-to-end successful deployments in partnership with our product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, engage, and close large enterprise logistics service providers.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from lead to signed contract.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering to tailor solutions for each customer.
  • Build relationships with C-suite executives, operations, and IT leaders.
  • Represent Reform at logistics industry events and thought leadership forums.
  • Partner with founders to optimize go-to-market strategy, pricing, and customer success playbooks.

Qualifications

  • 5–10 years of experience in enterprise sales within logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain technology.
  • Deep understanding of logistics workflows and operational pain points.
  • Track record of closing six- and seven-figure deals with enterprise customers.
  • Strong technical fluency — able to engage confidently with both ops leaders and engineers.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Why join us

  • Sell a product that truly changes how the world moves goods.
  • Collaborate with a world-class technical team solving real operational problems.
  • Work directly with founders to help design a stellar GTM function.
  • Comprehensive health, vision, and dental insurance.
Interview Process

You’ll start with two short conversations with our founders and GTM leaders, followed by a case discussion on enterprise sales strategy. The final step is an in-person session with our team.
