About Cerebrium

Cerebrium is a serverless infrastructure platform that makes it easy for companies to build and scale data/AI workloads. With just a team of 4 across the US and South Africa, we scaled to doing millions in revenue, serving some of the most ambitious AI teams from Seed to Series C and are backed by world class investors like Gradient Ventures (Google's AI fund) and Y Combinator with over $8m in funding.

We obsess over performance - providing low latency, high scalability, and reliability to our clients. This has led us to engineering core components across our stack from from the ground up, including our own content-aware file system, custom image building pipeline, as well as optimizing our storage and network layers. Every decision we make is driven by the experience we want to unlock for developers: fast, reliable, and intuitive.

You’ll work alongside a team that has founded and exited companies, led engineering teams of 80+ engineers, and built distributed systems at scale across multiple industries. You’ll learn a lot—but you’ll also be expected to take ownership, move quickly, and directly influence the direction of our product.

About the role

Cerebrium is a serverless infrastructure platform that makes it simple for companies to build and scale data and AI workloads. With a lean team of eight across the US and South Africa, we’ve been growing extremely rapidly - fueled almost entirely by word of mouth.Today, we power some of the most ambitious AI teams from Seed to Series C, helping them deploy everything from real-time voice agents to large-scale batch inference. We’re backed by world-class investors including Gradient Ventures (Google’s AI fund) and Y Combinator, with over $8M raised to date.

The Role

This role sits at the intersection of growth, marketing, and technical storytelling. Your mission is to generate awareness and adoption for Cerebrium - both through our bottom-up PLG motion and top-down enterprise efforts - by showcasing what’s possible with our platform.

You’ll create compelling, data-driven programs that inspire developers and teams to build with Cerebrium - from technical tutorials and engineering blogs (with help from our team) to webinars, case studies, and community events. You’ll collaborate closely with our engineers to launch content optimized for GEO and SEO, help craft narratives that resonate with AI and infrastructure teams, and partner with our GTM engineer to design automated outreach loops that scale engagement.

Everything you build will be grounded in analytics - tracking performance, testing ideas, and doubling down on what drives measurable impact. This is a role for someone who thrives in both the creative and technical sides of growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and execute campaigns that drive awareness and adoption across both enterprise and PLG channels - showcasing what’s possible with Cerebrium.
  • Collaborate with our technical team to produce engineering blogs, tutorials, and example applications that inspire developers and highlight real-world use cases.
  • Optimize and scale content for GEO and SEO to reach high-intent audiences globally.
  • Plan and run community-driven initiatives - including webinars, conferences, and partner events - to grow Cerebrium’s presence across the AI ecosystem.
  • Work with our GTM engineer to design and automate outreach loops that generate and nurture qualified leads.
  • Analyze performance across all channels, run experiments, and turn insights into repeatable, data-backed growth playbooks.
  • Maintain and evolve our growth stack and analytics systems to ensure full-funnel visibility and continuous optimization.

How we work:

  • We focus on output. We don’t care what hours you work or from where you work. Just do what it takes to meet your weekly sprint. Finished early or just not having a good day - take the day.
  • We have a flat structure and want to constantly to be challenged by you. In terms of product, brand and company decisions - tell us what you think!
  • We ship multiple times a week - every time we can add value to the customer we ship it. Also you do weekly demos to team members on what you have been building.
