About the Role

We’re hiring a GTM Operations Associate to support our founder-led sales motion and help scale Distro’s go-to-market systems and processes.

You’ll work directly with our CEO and the broader GTM team to keep our sales engine running smoothly: owning CRM data, optimizing HubSpot workflows, and ensuring consistent follow-up and pipeline visibility. You’ll also join sales calls and customer meetings to document key insights, track action items, and help keep deals moving forward.

This is a high-impact, high-trust role that blends sales operations, enablement, and client-facing professionalism. You’ll be the connective tissue across our GTM tools, meetings, and data: helping our CEO and the team stay focused on closing business and driving growth.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and optimize our HubSpot CRM: keep data clean, accurate, and actionable.
  • Track and update deals, contacts, and activities across the sales funnel.
  • Join customer and prospect calls (via Zoom or in-person) to take notes and capture key insights.
  • Draft and send concise, professional follow-ups for the CEO’s review and delivery.
  • Create and maintain GTM dashboards, reports, and weekly pipeline summaries.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to drive GTM efficiency and visibility.
  • Coordinate meeting prep and post-call recaps, ensuring next steps are clear and completed.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to keep customer and lead data consistent across systems.
  • Support sales enablement projects like documentation, playbooks, and tooling improvements.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years of experience in sales operations, GTM operations, or revenue operations (startup experience preferred).
  • Strong command of CRM systems (HubSpot preferred) and comfort managing data and reporting.
  • Highly organized and process-driven: able to manage multiple deals, systems, and deadlines with precision.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to represent Distro professionally with customers and partners.
  • Emotionally intelligent, reliable, and calm under pressure; someone who brings order to chaos.
  • A proactive mindset: you notice what needs to be done and do it without waiting for direction.
  • Comfortable working closely with executives and joining external-facing calls.
  • Curious about AI, B2B SaaS, and startup go-to-market strategy.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building or improving GTM reporting and dashboards.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar sales qualification frameworks.
  • Experience using Fathom, Gong, or similar call intelligence tools.
  • Exposure to quoting, forecasting, or deal desk processes.
  • Analytical skills (basic SQL, Excel, or data visualization tools a plus).

  • This is an in-person role based in Palo Alto.
  • We work in-office Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday.
  • Wednesdays are remote.
  • You’ll often join calls early or late as customer schedules require.
