About the Role

• Lead content creation across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitch, with a deep understanding of what makes content go viral on each platform
• Create motion graphics using both Hera and After Effects, collaborating with freelancers to scale content production
• Build high-quality motion graphic templates in Hera for business customers and the community to showcase product capabilities
• Partner with engineering and product teams as a power user, providing expert feedback on motion design quality and user experience
• Write authentic content about life at Hera to attract future talent and build our employer brand
• Bring exceptional taste and trend awareness to ensure our content stands out in crowded social feeds
