About CozmoX AI

CozmoX provides AI employees powered by advanced voice technology that enables natural, human-like conversations.

These digital workers communicate fluently with customers and stakeholders while handling repetitive tasks 24/7. Through our no-code platform, businesses can deploy AI employees that manage entire processes through voice interactions, replacing multiple software tools with unified solutions.

We’ve unveiled 3 powerful AI employees, with more to come: Liza (Sales Executive) - Engages in natural voice conversations throughout the sales cycle, from initial prospect calls to negotiations and closure. She handles qualification calls, follow-ups, and maintains CRM records while building rapport through intelligent dialogue. Alex (Debt Collector) - Conducts professional voice communications for collections, speaking with customers to arrange payments, negotiate plans, and ensure timely follow-ups while maintaining regulatory compliance. Zara (Receptionist) - Masters voice-based front-office management, engaging in natural conversations to route calls, schedule appointments, take detailed messages, and resolve customer inquiries with a friendly, professional tone.

Like the industrial revolution transformed farming, we're revolutionizing workplace communication. By automating routine conversations and tasks, human teams can focus on creativity, problem-solving, and business growth.

We're the first in the Middle East and Africa to offer this kind of technology, but we work with businesses all over the world. We're backed by Y Combinator, Goodwater Capital, Dubai Future District Fund, Rebel Fund, and Trampoline Venture Partners, and have raised $3M in our latest round.

About the role

Role Introduction

We’re looking for a Junior Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders on high-priority projects across operations, marketing, partnerships, and fundraising. You’ll help turn ideas into execution; handling research, follow-ups, coordination, and communication across different parts of the company.

This role is ideal for someone early in their career who’s highly organized, curious, and comfortable wearing multiple hats. You’ll be exposed to how an early-stage startup actually runs day to day: investor conversations, enterprise deals, internal planning, and external events. It’s fast-paced, sometimes messy, and always meaningful.

You should be based in the Bay Area and available to start immediately.

Responsibilities

  • Work directly with the founders to support planning, operations, and execution across multiple workstreams.
  • Manage priorities, meetings, and follow-ups to ensure alignment between teams and deadlines.
  • Prepare materials for investor updates, enterprise client meetings, and internal strategy sessions.
  • Conduct research on markets, competitors, and potential partners to support strategic decisions.
  • Assist in planning and running high-impact events, dinners, and external engagements.
  • Help draft internal and external communications, including briefs, memos, and updates.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, and special projects as needed.

Core Skills

  • Organization: Strong at managing priorities, keeping things on track, and following through.
  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal clarity—comfortable interacting with executives.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive in finding solutions, not just flagging issues.
  • Judgment: Knows when to ask questions and when to move independently.
  • Adaptability: Thrives in a dynamic, fast-moving environment where priorities shift.

Qualifications

  • 0–3 years of experience in consulting, operations, business, or startup environments.
  • Based in the Bay Area and available to start immediately.
  • Exceptional organization, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and fast-changing priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting founders, executives, or small, high-performing teams.
  • Familiarity with Notion, Google Workspace, and project management tools.
  • Strong writing and presentation skills.
  • Understanding of how startups operate—from fundraising to customer delivery.
  • Comfort handling confidential information with discretion.

Why CozmoX AI?

  • High Exposure: Work directly with the founding team on critical company decisions.
  • Career Acceleration: Learn every side of building and scaling a company—fundraising, GTM, hiring, and product.
  • Ownership: Take responsibility for projects that drive real outcomes.
  • Dynamic Role: No two weeks will look the same; you’ll grow faster than in any typical entry-level position.
  • Mission Alignment: Join a company defining how the next generation of AI employees will transform work.
