But today’s development process can’t move fast enough to meet global goals. Paces exists to change that. We are providing software and services to accelerate power development - unlocking one of the greatest opportunities of our time: transforming how infrastructure gets built and ensuring it’s built with renewable energy.

Paces builds Agentic AI for Power Projects and AI Infrastructure. We automate early-stage due diligence and provide the expertise to accelerate late-stage diligence, fast-tracking projects from siting to construction-ready. Our platform supports renewable energy and data center developers, real estate firms, and more by streamlining siting, interconnection, and permitting. With Paces, teams can de-risk decisions, shorten timelines, and get more projects built.

  • Seeks expertise: Invest in building functional and domain knowledge (energy, AI/data centers, CRE).

📈 Requirements

  • 3+ years quota-carrying B2B SaaS or energy development sales experience, with full-cycle enterprise deal ownership
  • Experience selling into power developers, renewable developers, data center developers, hyperscalers, utilities, consultants, or real estate brokers and developers
  • Understands the power development process and the challenges our customers face
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding quota
  • Ability to work in-person at our Brooklyn office 3–4 days per week
  • Bonus: experience with HubSpot CRM

💰 Compensation and Benefits

  • OTE $220-240k
