Role:

• Own client relationships end-to-end: onboarding, portfolio walk-throughs, and platform support.
• Ensure HNIs have a seamless trading experience - from resolving queries to proactive check-ins.
• Collect client feedback in our internal CRM to help shape product and service improvements.
• Partner closely with operations to deliver white-glove service.

You:

• Strong communicator, empathetic, and client-first.
• Prior experience with HNIs/finance strongly preferred.
• Thrive in high-responsibility, fast-paced environments.
