The Mission: To efficiently acquire the next million high-quality users for GoSats by mastering paid channels and optimizing every rupee spent.
We need a data-obsessed, hands-on expert to take our paid acquisition strategy from promising to powerful. You will be the engine room of our growth, directly responsible for scaling our user base and building a repeatable, predictable acquisition machine
What You'll Do:
Manage and deploy a multi-lakh monthly budget across performance channels, primarily Google (UAC, Search), Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and Affiliate Networks.
Own the entire campaign lifecycle: from strategy, setup, and optimization to analysis and reporting.
Obsess over key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, conversion rates) and continuously run A/B tests on creatives, copy, and targeting to improve them.
Collaborate with the design and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.
Analyze channel performance, identify new growth opportunities, and provide strategic recommendations to the VP of Growth.
Implement and manage tracking and attribution to ensure data accuracy and a clear understanding of what's working.
Who You Are:
3-5+ years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns for a high-growth B2C app in India.
Proven track record of managing significant monthly budgets (e.g., ₹50L+) and hitting aggressive CAC targets.
Deep, hands-on expertise with Google Ads Manager and Meta Ads Manager.
Strongly analytical and data-driven. You are comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics platforms (like Mixpanel/GA) and can turn data into actionable insights.
Experience in Fintech or Crypto is a major plus.
