Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Business Operations Intern to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This position requires a proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations by coordinating logistics and supporting customers.
• Assist in the implementation of operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with team members across departments to ensure seamless communication and workflow.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, third-party inventory, and operational processes.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on best practices and operational changes.

Requirements

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with team members and clients.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.) is preferred.
• Experience in an operations or administrative role is a plus but not required.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational demands.

• Can work at least 20 hours a week out of our office in NYC (Flatiron)
