Skills: Next.js, Node.js, Python, TypeScriptAbout Pearson Labs
At Pearson Labs, we're building the future of legal work. Every year, $3-6 trillion in corporate transactions flow through law firms, generating hundreds of billions in legal fees. This work is currently manual, high-stakes, and ripe for AI-driven transformation. We are automating complex tasks like due diligence, contract drafting, and deal execution with our proprietary AI agents.
We are backed by YC (F24 cohort). Our team is led by co-founder John, the #1 revenue-generating partner at Orrick (40th largest law firm globally), and Stephanie Young, a second-time founder who went through an M&A with her first company, inspiring her to launch Pearson Labs. We are already in pilot with tier-1 law firms and are poised for explosive growth. We are looking for talented, driven engineers to join us in tackling a massive, underserved market.
