We are building intelligent agents to test and play games. Game studios use nunu.ai to automate their QA needs. Our vision is to develop generally capable agents that can navigate and act in any given virtual 3D environment, starting with applications in gaming and moving towards general 3D simulations and robotics.

Job Description

You are the main person responsible for developing/maintaining/benchmarking/improving our AI agents. This will mainly involve trying out a lot of things on a high level, implement new trends or models, and benchmark their performance. You need to be the person that is itching to try out any new model or trend on twitter while also filtering out the noise. You will be the person knowing the in’s and out’s of all different methods out there. Over time you will learn the rest of our stack and can help out in other areas.

TLDR: We’re looking for an LLM wizard to benchmark agents, prompt engineer and apply/implement everything new coming out of research rn (models, methods, etc.).

📋 Requirements

We hire smart and passionate people who are ready to learn fast. None of these requirements are hard constraints, but they certainly help:

• Must be smarter than the founders.
• Deep understanding about LLMs (Function calling, Embeddings, Prompt caching, …).
• Deep understanding of AI systems (Mixture of Experts, Multimodalities, Reasoning models, …)
• Excellent Software Engineering skills. It’s a lot of coding!
• Ability to debug large asynchronous systems.
• Proficient in prompt engineering :)
• Passion for your craft.

All roles requires to be in-person at our office in Zurich, Switzerland. We do not offer remote work options.
