Menza helps consumer brands make sense of their data. Our customers include major food, beverage, fashion, beauty, and consumer tech companies (yes, we get free samples).
Right now, their information is scattered across tools like Shopify, Klaviyo, POS systems, ads, and staffing platforms. We pull it all together in one place, automatically clean and reconcile it, and then highlight the insights that actually help brands grow revenue and run smarter.
Instead of static dashboards or slow consultants, Menza gives teams answers in real time—whether that’s spotting a dip in sales, finding wasted ad spend, or tracking product performance across channels.
We’re still early but growing fast, with paying customers and strong signs of product-market fit. Joining now means shaping both the product and the company at a stage where your work will have a direct, visible impact.
At Menza, we’re rethinking how consumer brands use data. Right now, data is scattered, manual, and slow to act on. We’re building a platform that centralizes data, automates reporting, and proactively surfaces insights—so brands can spend less time wrangling spreadsheets and more time making decisions that move the needle.
We’re a small but mighty team, and we’re looking for a Software Development Engineer who’s excited to build with us from the ground up.
If you love solving tough problems, want to build real things that real customers rely on, and aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves, we’d love to hear from you.
At Menza, we’re building a data platform that can handle the chaos of real-world brand data: messy, fragmented, and constantly changing. Our biggest technical challenges are:
Integrations at scale — We connect to 650+ systems (Shopify, Klaviyo, POS, ads, staffing, ERPs), each with its own quirks. Designing connectors that are reliable, maintainable, and fast is a core part of the problem.
Data reconciliation & cleaning — Brand data is noisy and often contradictory. We’re building pipelines that automatically reconcile sales, ads, and inventory data across systems—something that usually takes teams hours (or consultants) to do manually.
Proactive analytics — Instead of static dashboards, Menza surfaces insights automatically. That means building models that can detect anomalies, spot opportunities, and deliver them in plain English to non-technical users.
Scalability & speed — Our customers expect answers in seconds, not hours, so we’re optimizing pipelines and queries to handle high volumes of data without slowing down.
We’re a small, product-obsessed team, so engineers here work across the stack—designing integrations, building scalable data systems, and shaping how insights get delivered to customers.
