About the role

We are looking for a highly technical, hard-working, and scrappy full-stack engineer to join the team. You’ll work alongside our 7-person engineering to build and maintain product features. 

Responsibilities

• Lead development of product features while ensuring the system is scalable, reliable, and meets the needs of our customers
• Stay up-to-date with the latest LLM best practices and apply them to our product
• Foster a culture of innovation, excellence, and collaboration within the technology team

Qualifications

• Passionate about making housing more affordable
• C.S. degree from a reputable university
• Experience with fullstack engineering using React, Next.js, and relational databases
• Up-to-date with new trends in LLMs and a desire to work at the cutting edge

Compensation

• Range: $175,000 - $300,000

Product: Drillbit is the first fully self-managed FSM (Field Service Management). We use AI receptionists and an LLM-based quoting tool on top of our in-house FSM to manage jobs end-to-end. Our agents manage leads, scheduling, quoting, staffing, and even collecting payment. You can think of us as a hands-off AI-based operating system for home services.
