Job Description:

Due to the growth of our business, Truewind Technologies, Inc. is in demand for the professional services of a Founding Software Engineer. The Founding Software Engineer will be responsible for the following duties:

• Architect and develop AI-driven software solutions to revolutionize traditional bookkeeping and finance processes.

• Build and manage technical infrastructure, including databases, servers, and APIs, ensuring security, privacy, and regulatory compliance.

• Lead and mentor a team of engineers, data scientists, and developers, fostering growth and collaboration while driving system-wide architecture and technology strategies.

• Stay at the forefront of emerging technologies, including AI, machine learning, and cloud-based platforms, to enhance product capabilities and organizational efficiency.

• Collaborate across teams in defining product vision, strategy, and roadmaps, ensuring seamless customer experiences and user adoption.

• Oversee DevOps processes to deploy solutions effectively while optimizing AWS infrastructure for scalability and innovation.

• Ensure robust data infrastructure to securely process, store, and analyze data, enabling effective cross-departmental access and decision-making.

• Identify and drive business growth opportunities through technology innovation, strategic partnerships, and revenue-generating initiatives.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or related field;

• 2 years of management experience in software development projects;

• Proficiency in Python, C/C++, and JavaScript;

• Ability to grow and lead high performing teams;

• Strong data-driven mindset and good product sense
