Why this role matters

We’re building our growth team from the ground up. You’ll be our first digital marketing hire and own the performance engine—from paid to outbound to post-demo nurture. We’ve got an insanely clear ICP, warm demand, and a killer product. Your job is to scale that demand.

You’ll work in person with our founding team in SF.

What you'll do

• Launch and scale paid campaigns (Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, FB Groups, Reddit—you test what works)

• Own funnel metrics from first click to booked demo to closed deal

• Design and run outbound email/nurture flows (pre/post-tradeshow)

• Rapidly test landing pages, CTAs, lead magnets, and retargeting flows

• Track everything—optimize for CAC, ROAS, and sales velocity

You might be a fit if:

• You’ve done this before—2–4 years in growth/performance/demand gen at a fast-moving B2B startup

• You're an expert at running paid campaigns and email funnels yourself (no agency middlemen)

• You move fast, test fast, and don’t wait for perfect

• You’re analytical but scrappy. You get stuff live in hours, not weeks.

• You’re excited to sit in the room with sales, product, and founders and build something huge from scratch
