Responsibilities

Sepal AI is seeking to hire a Strategic Project Lead - Founding Biz Ops to join our team. In this role, you will generate millions of dollars in revenue by executing large-scale projects, build relationships with researchers from foundational AI labs, and unlock new RL environment offerings by collaborating with some of the brightest engineers and researchers in the world.

About you

• 2-5 YoE in biz ops or consulting
• Ideally knows SQL or can learn quickly
• Brings structure to ambiguity; able to drive outcomes

Compensation

• $90-130k cash comp
• Generous equity grant
• Commission-based bonuses
