Respaid (S23), AI-fintech, we do respectful B2B debt collection for U.S. mid-market and enterprise (Amazon, DoorDash, Uber Freight…). We’re 30 around the world.

We run entirely on Linear and are looking for a full-time Product Manager who already lives in the tool and can turn messy backlogs into clear, data-driven roadmaps.

What you’ll do

• Design and maintain a best-in-class Linear workspace (initiative, projects, labels, cycles, AI triage, dashboards).

• Translate customer insights and strategic goals into well-scoped, clearly written issues that engineers love to pick up.

• Automate busywork via Zapier/n8n (bonus), webhooks, and Slack so the team can focus on shipping.

• Own metrics: cycle time, velocity, and any AI-powered insights that keep us ahead.

• Partner with founders to prioritise and slice work for speed without sacrificing quality.

Must-have experience

• 3+ years as Product Manager or Product Ops in SaaS.

• Daily hands-on use of Linear (not just evaluating—building and maintaining workspaces).

• Comfortable defining and interpreting product-health metrics.

• Excellent written English; async first.

Nice-to-have

• Fluent with Zapier or n8n, plus basic API/webhook literacy (bonus)

• Previous fintech, payments, or collections domain exposure.

• Experience with Linear AI (Agents, issue summarisation) or similar LLM workflows.

• Familiarity with Slack Bot or lightweight scripting.

Engagement structure

• Onboarding sprint to migrate and clean ~100 existing issues.

• Then steady cadence of planning, backlog grooming, and roadmap delivery.

Technical challenges: scaling to 1,000+ clients, cold-start prediction, security, and multi-market compliance. Tech stack: Python, Typescript, Postgres, AWS, ML (transformers/LLMs), and event-driven microservices.
