The Role

We’re looking for a top-tier frontend engineer to join us as engineer #4 and push the limits of what’s possible in React. You’ll architect and build fast, scalable, and pixel-perfect interfaces, set engineering standards, and ship experiences used by millions. You’ll own features end-to-end, shape our design systems, and influence the direction of both product and technology.

What You’ll Do

• Architect and build performant, elegant UIs in React + TypeScript

• Define and enforce frontend best practices and design system consistency

• Solve complex UX challenges at the intersection of AI, video, and collaboration

• Contribute across the stack (Node.js, APIs, infrastructure) when needed

• Lead by example in code quality, accessibility, and attention to detail

• Write clear, concise UI copy for buttons, tooltips, and error states

What We’re Looking For

• Mastery of React, TypeScript, and modern frontend engineering

• Deep experience with performance tuning, state management, and scalable architectures

• Strong product/design instincts and obsession with UI polish

• Ability to ship independently and raise the technical bar for the team

• Ability to communicate ideas clearly through both design choices and microcopy
