About the role

About the Role

  • To help us scale, we’re hiring our first in-house recruiter. You’ll work directly with our CEO and team leads to shape the company—one key hire at a time.

  • This is not a standard pipeline-filler role. It’s strategic, high-touch, and foundational.

What we offer

  • Annual salary between $90k and $130k depending on experience + performance bonus; significant stock option package; top-tier medical, vision and dental insurance; 401k.

  • Hybrid work. Work three days a week at HQ in South Denver. Rest of the week is up to you.

  • Four weeks of vacation per year. We push you to take them!

  • At-the-office breakfast, lunch, and snacks are on the company.

You are a good fit if you

  • Hold a degree in a STEM field.

  • You’ve recruited for both technical and non-technical roles, ideally at a startup or fast-moving company.

  • You’ve built (or significantly shaped) a recruiting function before—whether solo or as an early team member.

  • You care deeply about quality. You’d rather hire one extraordinary person than five “pretty good” ones.

  • You’re comfortable handling high-trust, high-stakes conversations—from comp packages to team dynamics.

  • You’re thoughtful, direct, and organized.
