We are building the world's leading AI Guide for individuals with OCD. Similar to what Headspace did for meditation apps, we want to be the ultimate resource for individuals looking to better themselves. The status quo for OCD treatment requires an ERP specialist which can run thousands of dollars. We are on a mission to democratize the tools required to enable individuals to be their own therapist with the help of AI.

Passion for Mental Health

• We are looking for talented individuals to join us in our pursuit to change millions of lives. You won’t be optimizing ads, building a finance tool, or constructing data pipelines. No, you will be making a difference by improving the lives of our user’s mental health. You will partake in building a product that reshapes the most complex system, the human mind. 
• Let’s be clear, this will not be easy, we are employing therapeutic modalities with AI and helping our users with nuance and care to give them more fulfilling lives. We have to get at the human condition and understand individual’s core motivations and fears to help them meaningfully. This will include learning and gaining a deeper understanding of the human psyche, and learning about ERP, iCBT, and ACT.
• Bonus points if you are already familiar with therapeutic concepts or have been or are in counseling. We don’t shy away from exploring the mind in all its glory and shortfalls.

AI Stack

• We have begun our pursuit to build the best AI Guide on the market to help individuals with OCD. If you have knowledge or are looking to further expand your understanding of the most tech forward AI stack, we think you would be a good fit.
• Our tech stack includes React, Python, and LLMs. We are using rapidly evolving AI tools such as BAML to improve LLM response quality and consistency. LLM tool calls to dynamically make API calls and UI changes dependent on user conversations. And memory management to augment our AIs interaction with users. We are looking for someone who has experience with or wants to learn about the new field of Context Engineering and the importance of business logic, routing, tool calling, and more to improve the performance of LLMs.

• You will be provided a lot of bandwidth and autonomy. We want to empower you to identify the most valuable features and then go ahead and build it. We are looking for individuals who want to take extreme ownership over what they build and are willing to go from concept phase to building on the frontend and backend, testing, and deploying.

Our stack is built on some of the most widely used frameworks which allows us to use the most developer tools at our disposal. Our frontend is written in Typescript and built with React. Our backend is written in Python and built with Django.

We are using the most up to date infrastructure and AI tooling as the LLM space continues to rapidly evolve. This includes BAML for improved response quality and consistency, Zep for improved Memory context, and tool/function calling for application state changes based on conversation.
