We are seeking a proactive and creative Content Marketing Associate to help execute impactful marketing strategies. You will work on campaigns, content creation, and customer engagement, ensuring alignment with brand goals. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our startup's growth and visibility.

What will you do?

• Strategize, create, schedule, and manage content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook & YouTube, ensuring high-quality, engaging, and timely posts.
• Writing 100% original captions, producing reels, designing banners/thumbnails, and curating impactful marketing creatives.
• Plan testimonial shoots across India, coordinate with freelancers, and manage content delivery for social media platforms.
• Recruit, onboard, and guide content interns across projects with regular check-ins and performance tracking.
• Promote & distribute content snippets across channels
• Track social media engagement, campaign results, and continuously optimize for better reach and impact.
• Work closely with multiple teams to understand features and align marketing communication accordingly.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth.

What we're looking for:

• 2-4 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or related roles.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for crafting engaging and clear content.
• A proactive attitude, creativity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership.
