We’re looking for a Generalist to join us at Bloom — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves wearing multiple hats, and is excited to shape the operational and community backbone of an ambitious, product-led company. You’ll work directly with the founders (mostly David, our CEO) and play a key role across ops, communications, growth and community. This is a unique opportunity for high impact in a YC-backed startup.

• You’re structured enough to run payroll, spontaneous enough to host a livestream or an IRL event
• You’re a natural communicator: clear, engaging, and empathetic
• You’re an optimization freak and love to automate your job to take on new things
• Not afraid to go out of your comfort zone to use technical or vibe coding tools to make things work better

What you’ll do:

• Ops & Admin
  • Put our day-to-day operations on autopilot by building a team of AI agents which will
    • Handle payroll and hiring workflows
    • Manage stakeholders relationships
    • Maintain back-office hygiene, like cap table management, taxes, etc..
    • Many more internal processes
• Growth, Community & Communication
  • Represent non-technical users in our product discussions
  • Lead email campaigns, product updates, retention
  • Host livestreams where you build cool stuff with Bloom
  • Own our “build in public” strategy and voice
  • Merch, events, culture, team off-sites — feel free to surprise us :)
  • Build brand presence across platforms
  • Launch and manage affiliate/partnership programs

Bonus points:

• You’ve worked at a startup or built something yourself (ideally on Bloom!)
• You’ve run a community or created content online
• You’ve touched Notion, Webflow, Figma, or Airtable and enjoyed it
• You are based in Zurich or willing to relocate, and speak (Swiss) German

We let users create full-stack apps by speaking into their phone. We handle codegen, version control, deployment and sharing of the apps through App Clips.
