The Opportunity
You’ll play a pivotal role in developing and maintaining our core software platform working directly with our customers who are large investment advisors managing billions of dollars. You’ll work on AI, front-end and back-end components, contributing to the full development lifecycle and driving key initiatives.

Who You Are

You are a former technical co-founder who understands how to deliver positive day-to-day results while helping drive a better product market fit. You understand the time-commitment (days/nights/weekends) it takes to overdeliver with limited resources. You understand how to prioritize in a situation where its impossible to finish every task. You can keep a calm demeanor under pressure. You can communicate with customers with grace and clarity.

Core Responsibilities:

• Work hand-in-hand with CEO/Sales to win new clients and retain/expand existing clients.
• Build features that help move the deals forward and outpace competitors.
• Contribute to building and scaling our core APIs and customer facing products.
• Troubleshoot and debug software defects and performance issues.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies, including AI and machine learning, and apply them to enhance our product.
