About the role
Skills: Prototyping, Prompt Engineering, Data Modeling

We're building a category-defining AI product in the insurance space with potential to unlock $10B+ in revenues — and we’re looking for a Senior AI-First Product Manager to help lead the charge. This is not for someone learning AI on the side — this is for someone who lives and breathes AI, understands how to ship fast, and is obsessed with customer experience, agent productivity, and product-market fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and evolve the product roadmap for an AI-native health insurance sales assistant.
  • Stong experience and expertise in Prompt Engineering.
  • Bring first principles thinking to product development — obsess over the user journey, the agent pain-points, and the metrics that matter.
  • Prioritize features that drive sales conversions, reduce agent effort, and differentiate us from anything else in the market.
  • Collaborate with AI engineers to define use-cases, conversational flows, and sales playbooks powered by LLMs
  • Own prompt iteration, testing, and success benchmarks — you should be hands-on in evaluating outputs and improving them daily.
  • Build AI workflows that don’t just respond, but sell — guiding users from interest to conversion like a top 1% salesperson.
  • Work closely with design, engineering, and compliance to ensure conversations are persuasive, empathetic, compliant, and business-aligned.
  • Run tight build-measure-learn loops. Be the voice of speed and clarity in the team.
  • Set up feedback loops from users (internal agents and external customers), measure funnel drop-offs, and identify moments to optimize.
  • Define product-level evaluation criteria: conversion rate, response quality, lead qualification accuracy, user satisfaction, etc.
  • Collaborate with data science to implement live dashboards for monitoring LLM effectiveness and fine-tuning based on real outcomes.

💡 Who You Are

  • AI-Native PM: You’ve shipped AI products and actually used LLMs (ChatGPT, Claude, Ollama, etc.) extensively in your own workflows. You write your own prompts, know what vector stores do, and obsess over model responses like a craftsman.
  • Strong Product Intuition: You’ve built user-facing products before — especially those with complex logic or dynamic conversations. You understand when to build, when to patch, and when to kill a feature.
  • Conversational Systems Understanding: You grasp how intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management work — not at a PhD level, but enough to challenge engineers and propose better flows.
  • Bias for Action: You value speed over perfection. You’re okay launching v0.5 if it helps validate assumptions. You know what “done enough” looks like.
  • Domain Familiarity (Bonus): Experience in fintech, insurtech, or any high-compliance industry is a plus — but not a blocker if you can learn fast.

🎯 Why This Role Is Different

  • You’re not just shipping features. You’re crafting a new category.
  • You’ll work directly with the founders and CXOs on a high-stakes, high-leverage problem.
Technology

Stack- Node JS, Python, Java, AWS, Mongo, SQL, React Native, Kotlin. Using a Microservices architecture.

  • Looking for folks who are open to the challenge of creating an Edtech platform for agents
  • ML to suggest best products basis consumer profile
  • Microservices architecture to build a seamless product working with multiple 3rd party APIs, Insurance companies, and other service providers
  • Innovative tools to help improve the productivity of agents (Algorithm to identify potential customers, leverage data to suggest cross-selling options).
Interview Process

3 rounds of interaction, might include 1 round of hands-on.
