At Clinikally, we're looking for a Senior SEO Specialist to own and supercharge our organic search & AEO/GEO performance, driving sustainable traffic and expanding our digital footprint.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Holistic SEO Strategy: Develop and implement end-to-end SEO strategies covering on-page, off-page, and technical aspects to maximize organic rankings and visibility.
• Keyword & Competitor Mastery: Conduct deep keyword research and competitor analysis to uncover high-impact opportunities and outrank rivals.
• Content & On-Page Optimization: Optimize website content, landing pages, and product descriptions, collaborating closely with content and marketing teams to create high-ranking, engaging material.
• Technical SEO Leadership: Manage comprehensive website audits, structured data implementation, page speed optimization, crawl error resolution, and coordinate with developers for seamless enhancements.
• Advanced Link Building: Plan and execute white-hat link-building strategies (guest posts, digital PR, outreach, partnerships) to significantly boost domain authority.
• Performance Analytics & AI Leverage: Continuously monitor SEO performance using GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and leverage AI-based tools and strategies to optimize content, targeting, and efficiency.
• Algorithm Adaptation: Stay rigorously updated with the latest SEO trends, Google algorithm updates (SGE, RankBrain, BERT, Helpful Content), and industry best practices to future-proof our strategies.

What We're Looking For:

• 3-4 years of hands-on SEO experience, with a strong preference for e-commerce or D2C brands.
• In-depth expertise across on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Proven track record of significantly improving organic rankings and driving traffic growth.
• Strong experience with SEO tools: GA4, GSC, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, BuzzStream, or similar.
• Demonstrated ability to earn high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, and how they impact SEO; experience with Shopify preferred.
• Familiarity with leveraging AI for SEO, programmatic SEO, and AI-assisted content scaling.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for outreach, collaboration, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s Degree (Mandatory).
