🚀 The role

Airgoods is growing rapidly, and we need a Marketplace Operations athlete to run the operations engine that onboards and supports thousands of users on our marketplace every month. For this role, we’re seeking someone to own seller onboarding, scale customer support, and track performance for every brand in the pipeline.

You will:

  • Onboard sellers end-to-end — verify applications, connect integrations (fulfillment software, payment processors), review and launch new brands to the marketplace
  • Maintain and scale core workflows — maintain ops processes and automate repetitive workflows with tools like Zapier, Gumloop, n8n, Operator, and other browser use AI tools
  • Document and teach — write SOPs, playbooks, and record instructional videos for both internal use and to help our users interact with the product
  • Monitor seller performance — track fulfillment data, damage/missing order reports, and intervene early to get them back on target
  • Provide direct support — manage support chat, phone, and email today; build systems to handle 10× the volume tomorrow
  • Publish weekly reports — ship weekly reports on funnel velocity, fulfillment health, and major bottlenecks to the user experience

What it takes to thrive here:

  • Tireless work ethic – willing to push evenings & weekends to hit ambitious goals.
  • Prioritize speed & have a bias for action.
  • Relentless innovation – you’re obsessed with using the newest automation and AI tools
