We’re looking for a dynamic Community Moderation & Engagement Specialist to uphold our community culture, moderate content, and drive participation in FrontPage Clubs. This role requires a sharp eye for quality content, an ear to the ground for trends in trading/investing, and the ability to collaborate closely with creators and power users.

What You’ll Do

🌐 Community Moderation

• Ensure timely and consistent moderation of posts, comments, and member activity across Clubs
• Maintain clarity on the purpose, boundaries, and rules of each club
• Identify and take action against spam, misinformation, or off-topic content
• Uphold community standards and encourage constructive participation

🤝 Creator Collaboration

• Build relationships with top creators and active users
• Guide them on club-specific content guidelines
• Help them improve post quality and consistency
• Onboard new contributors and help them feel at home

🔥 Engagement Campaigns

• Plan and execute in-app engagement campaigns, nudges, and experiments
• Drive repeat participation and surface strong user-generated content
• Work with product, content, and design teams to roll out community initiatives

🌱 Culture Building

• Champion the community tone, trust, and helpfulness that FrontPage is known for
• Contribute ideas to make the Clubs more valuable for both new and experienced users
• Flag opportunities to improve club structure, naming, or culture alignment

What We’re Looking For

Must-Haves:

• Basic understanding of Indian stock markets (equity, F&O, news flow)
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
• High attention to detail, discretion, and ownership
• Comfortable with flexible timings when needed (e.g., market hours or campaigns)

Bonus Points:

• If you actively trade or invest yourself
• If you already an active Frontpage user
• Experience (even informal) with moderation, community building, or engagement
• Familiarity with market-related communities or creators
• Experience running user engagement or UGC campaigns
• Exposure to moderation tools or workflows
