About the role

TL;DR: We're looking for a sales athlete who can build relationships with Pentagon officials and ex-military operators. This is a trillion-dollar market with massive ACVs – your commission checks will reflect it.

The Role

This isn't your typical "send 100 cold emails" SDR role. You'll own outreach to defense contractors building the world's most critical technology and the Pentagon procurement officers who buy it.

You're not just booking meetings – you're:

  • Qualifying leads from defense contractors who've never heard used AI matching platforms
  • Cold outreach to Pentagon officials and procurement officers who don't respond to typical SaaS pitches
  • Building relationships with ex-military operators at defense contractors who speak in acronyms (may require lots of travel)
  • Adapting your communication style from Silicon Valley startup founder to retired Navy Captain
  • Qualifying 6-7 figure ACVs deals in a trillion-dollar market

This is more than a "sales" role. This role spans relationship building, industry education, and deal qualification. You're a Navy Seal, not the Navy.
